Last Sunday's concert in Belleville, Ontario turned out great we played to a full-house even the video-feed from Bill Santos, who is in Brazil, went off with out a hitch. It's awesome to see so many people of different denominations come together praising and worshiping God in song. For all those who claim the promises of God how often we forget that this world is not our home. Wrapped up in mundane tasks, urged on by duty and a sense of responsibility we press on in competition against our fellow man. Knowing full well that what we seek is vain glory achieved through strife and turmoil. We had a good blast of winter here Friday night lots of snow and today, Sunday, has turned cold but there's a certain peacefulness that covers the land on a day like today. This is my first time doing a blog so naturally I really don't know what to expect I only know that everyone out there seems to be doing it. I'm just a down to earth county boy who still lives down an old dirt road with only four houses on it but I've seen a thing or two. I lived in a tent in the desert of Afghanistan for 3 1/2 years, in Kabul and Kandahar, working as a civilian support worker for the Canadian Military.
