- Bio
- Eye in the Sky is a project created by Fernando Esley which combine a refined music by some progressives with a lyrical nuances of different colors, creating a crucible full of varied expressions. The germ of Eye in the Sky sprout, without them knowing it, the encounter between Esley and Cristian Fernando Lescano, in early 2003. Between them was born a long exchange of ideas and hours of musical composition. The influences of the three future pillars of Eye in the Sky agreed in its entirety, which encouraged the search for a common project. Thus at the end of 2003 Cristian Lescano Read favors a meeting between Fernando Esley and Lea Cossio, generating the creative core of Eye in the Sky. With Lea consolidates the artistic profile that guides the band, with creative contributions of the second guitar and vocals, Christian Lescano. The band would be complete with the arrival of drummer and percussionist Nico Costa and lead vocal Javier Lubelsky.
Eye in the Sky intends to entertain, excite and think through his art, where hard rock, ballads, funk and fusion have a prominent place, differing from the vernacular rock for their tight arrangements and a different vocal treatment, accompanied a subtle and poignant lyricism. Eye in the Sky is here to stay.
All's fair in the world of Eye in the Sky, all expressions of art, including film, literature, comic, each element forms part of a single sensibility, as an infinite spiral that never ends and always start again .
2009 was a bumper year for the band because we had the pleasant collaboration of an artist of luxury, the Argentine artist who lives in New York, Enrique Breccia, which has done very important work for major global industries of comics, like Marvel, DC comics and other I perform for us a fantastic artwork to our 1st album "Destiny Interpreters" which will come shortly.
On these days we are currently making our 2nd album “The Crazy Jack Album” based upon a comic book by Ruben Meriggi who has made important works for all over the world including Marvel Company and many more!!!
